This role requires a technical understanding of digital capabilities and limitations, creativity to drive innovation and experiential solutions, and a strategic mindset to align with business objectives.What You'll Be Doing:Assist with developing digital and social campaign framework across multiple phasesOversee and manage the 1XP platform implementation and strategyCollaborate with digital strategists on microsite development and 1PD acquisitionDrive innovation in digital experiences and interactive solutionsManage cross-functional relationships between strategy, creative, and technical teamsLead platform optimization and template development for efficient campaign executionAdapt global campaigns for African markets digitallyProvide creative and strategic input for experiential and innovative OOH initiativesWhat You'll Need:Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media ecosystemsExperience in UX/UI design and digital product developmentStrategic thinking and campaign planning capabilitiesInnovation and creative problem-solving abilitiesTechnical understanding of web-based experiencesExperience in managing digital transformation initiativesAt VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
