Job Description - Digital Energy Director, AAF (0093UE)This position will lead, direct and grow the business of Digital Energy in the assigned countries (cluster) to achieve its short- and long-term organizational goals and objectives. The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for Industry business growth, revenue and managing its P&L within the cluster.The incumbent will be responsible for driving business reviews and marketing plans for assigned countries, ensuring deployment of Industry playbook - position SE thought leadership, grow the market share with a focus on Building segments and transform the Digital Energy business by developing Unique Value Proposition.The position holder is a key member of the cluster management team and works in strong collaboration with cross BU colleagues to build a cluster/zone strategy, drive channel saturation in and out of Digital Energy.Key mission of the role is to develop and maintain key customer contacts at the CXO level, championing the thought leadership and strategic positioning of the company locally within the allocated segments.Adapt Digital Energy Commercial (global) strategy to local environment to establish a sustainable business plan that outlines the strategic intent of its market growth over the coming yearsLead and manage the business/people transformation to achieve the long term vision of the companyProvide direction to the respective cluster teams to ensure that the entire country team is aligned to the corporate directionResponsible for deployment of Digital Energy playbookA single ecosystem management addressing IADs SIs, OEMs and EUsGrow our market share with a focus on Building segmentsBusiness Growth & PerformanceDrive Digital Energy P&L in the cluster (orders, sales, mix management, margin, SFC and commercial margin) for all lines of business and market segments ahead of Industry's competitive business landscape.Responsible for ensuring strong growth, ensuring the right end users, system integrators, partners and programs are in place to grow revenue and market share and the Schneider Electric brand awarenessDrive and grow the BFO pipeline and maximize hit rate of projectsLead cross selling efforts fully leveraging V1/V2 modelLead monthly business reviews in country and drive efficiency improvement.Participate in Marcom planning meeting in coordination with relevant field marketing leadersProvide sales and SFC forecasts by line of business, market segments and go-to-marketEnsure the right offer exists in the market and provide frequent feedback to the LOBs to improve our offerEnsure that new products are launched in the correct manner with the right program management and execution locally behind each launchStrong knowledge of competitor activity in the market with the right strategies and actions to win.Customer RelationshipDrive thought leadership and strategic positioning of the company to existing and new customers/partnersDevelop and maintain customers/partners' contact at the CXO levelContinuously enhance customer satisfaction and experience by progressively improving quality and delivery of servicesPeopleBuild and develop a cohesive and high performance teamStrong focus on building right competencies within the cluster both for today and future needsCreate a conducive work environment by role modelling the SE values and drive a highly engaged and performing work cultureStrengthen the leadership succession pipeline at all levels through strong talent identification and development programsProvide leadership for cross country and business unit people mobilityLead organizational change with speed, positivity and inspirational leadership to ensure all employees are aligned and understand all transformationsDrive mutualisation wherever possible to improve efficiencyOwn and drive strategic workforce planning and workforce diversityOther External StakeholdersSystem IntegratorsSuppliers and sub-contractorsGovernment bodies/Statutory boards (where applicable, and in conjunction with Country President)PR, media and external service providers#LI-MD1QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent (Electrical Engineering or Business)10 years+ related experienceWhat Success Looks likeFocus on growth: Increase Market ShareProfitability of the business – increase CMAbility to attract key talent both internally and externally and build a winning teamStrong C-level connections on the market, and part of the external C-level communityDevelopment of services/apps and analytics on the marketBusiness AcumenManage Risks & Opportunity of Solution BusinessCross Cultural ManagementChange Management & Implementation Methodology
