Job Title: HR Operations ManagerIndustry: Automotive / Dealership / Trucking
Responsibilities: Manage the full Industrial Relations (IR) operations.Oversee HR operations and remuneration.Handle employee relations and performance evaluations.Conduct hearings in both Afrikaans and English.Manage interfaces with CCMA and arbitration.Administer remuneration management including payroll and HR administration.Qualifications: Grade 12 Qualification in HR is essential.
Experience: HR operations expertise within the automotive, dealership, or trucking industry is required.
