Job Description: We are seeking a Paid Digital Ads Conversion and Tracking Specialist to manage and optimize conversion tracking for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that all campaigns are correctly tracked, analyzed, and optimized to meet performance goals.
This role requires expertise in analytics, tagging, and conversion rate optimization, with a deep understanding of how to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities: Conversion Tracking Setup: Implement and manage tracking pixels, tags, and event tracking on websites and landing pages.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking systems for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
Use tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics platforms to analyze data and optimize funnel performance.
Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and campaign managers to ensure tracking implementation aligns with campaign objectives.
Provide guidance to clients and internal teams on best practices for conversion tracking and data privacy compliance.
Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve landing page and ad performance.
Optimize ad copy, creatives, and targeting based on tracked performance metrics.
Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve tracking issues, discrepancies, or reporting inaccuracies across platforms.
Regularly audit tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection.
Reporting: Create detailed performance reports with insights on campaign effectiveness and suggestions for improvement.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and team members.
Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role focusing on conversion tracking and performance optimization.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other ad platforms.
Advanced skills in Google Analytics (GA4 experience is a plus), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Hotjar, Optimizely, or other CRO platforms.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of tracking methods, including cookies, UTMs, and first-party/third-party data collection.
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills for sharing insights and recommendations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting tracking issues.
Certification in Google Ads or Analytics.
