Job Description As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality digital content across various platforms to engage our audience and promote our brand.
You will work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure our content is compelling, consistent, and aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategies: Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns (web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
Content Management: Oversee and create on-brand, consistent content for digital channels (website, blogs, social media).
Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize social media presence, create engaging content, and run social media campaigns.
SEO and SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Analytics: Use web analytics tools to monitor and optimize site traffic and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze data for actionable insights.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and monitor online reputation.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements: - Marketing diploma / degree - 3+ years in content creation and social media management - Strong Google Analytics experience - Proven track record of success - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels - Cape Town based; or willing to relocate to Cape Town; or willing to travel to the Cape Town office once a month.
