Job Description The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.
This role will take over the responsibilities currently outsourced to external agencies, including building, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta, Google, Bing, and other PPC platforms, as well as experience with email, SMS marketing, and affiliate management.
KEY OUTCOMES Lead Digital Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize all Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
Build, manage, and optimize Google PPC campaigns to ensure effective lead generation.
Build, manage, and optimize Bing PPC campaigns for lead generation and ensure optimal performance.
Build, manage, and optimize Tiktok campaigns for lead generation and ensure optimal performance.
Email & SMS Campaigns: Assist in building out email marketing campaigns, collaborating with developers to implement changes as needed.
Build, manage, and optimize outbound SMS campaigns for targeted outreach.
Affiliate Marketing Support: Assist in managing and onboarding affiliates to support lead generation.
Collaborate with external affiliates and partners to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Compile and present monthly campaign performance reports for review by senior management.
Use data-driven insights to make adjustments to campaigns and improve overall performance.
Track daily incoming lead count and Monthly targets for each platform.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign goals align with broader business objectives.
Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders on campaign execution and optimization.
Quality Assurance: Assist with the quality assurance of all work ensuring it is in line with Corporate Identity Guidelines, Style Guide and Compliance requirements to ensure high-quality and error-free collateral.
Qualifications SKILLS & QUALITICATIONS Proven experience in managing digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google PPC, and Bing PPC platforms.
Strong knowledge of email marketing and SMS campaign management tools and platforms.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and experience in managing partnerships with affiliates.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools for performance tracking.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high performance and attention to detail.
