This role will focus on executing digital sales strategies, optimizing sales performance, and enabling the digital sales team to reach and exceed targets.Job ResponsibilitiesAbility to develop processes at a medium to high complexity under supervision2 – 4 years Blue Prism developmentBusiness Analysis techniques and practices experienceTester experienceAssist with developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in digital sales, working closely with cross-functional teams.Understand and optimize the digital sales funnel to ensure best practices are applied for maximum throughput.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data insights to identify key levers and improve digital sales outcomes continuously.Work with digital, Marketing, Segment, Solution, and Chapter Leads to analyse sales funnels and opportunities.Sales Targets – Understand and monitor sales targets, regularly reviewing against performance and adjusting as needed.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve any barriers or blockers that may hinder sales performance, ensuring a clear pathway to goal achievement.Bring innovative thinking to address market challenges and improve digital sales processes.Project Management: manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently.
