The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding and appreciation of social media, along with knowledge of the main features, benefits, and limitations of all major social platforms.What you will do:Partner with capability leads ensuring that brand objectives are defined, and agency capabilities and skills are engaged successfully to achieve objectives.Develop deep partnership capability with senior clients.Be the first point of contact to ensure business and brand challenges are accurately understood and addressed, achieving client satisfaction growth through balancing the needs of the client and the agency.Understand in depth the strengths and weaknesses of agency competitors to develop client and market strategies for new business growth.Plan accurate revenue forecasts yearly based on an objective view of growth opportunities and potential downsizing.Be accountable for the accuracy of the revenue forecast.Understand how project success impacts margin.Partner with the team to course-correct margin issues and apply change management processes with the client.Partner with leads on analysis of the total project budget against the total project cost (based on timesheet hours), ensuring that all learnings form part of future briefs.Forecast the resources needed to staff a portfolio, ensuring that the skill set and experience match requirements.Clearly present thoughts, ideas, structure, and form, both verbally and visually.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Digital and Social PM experience (A must).Ability to accurately scope out new projects: Breaking down deliverables and requirements, structuring the projects, identifying correct resources, and putting together costs/time estimates (PM tool experience with MS Projects, Chase, Workbook, Trello, Asana, and Jira).Ability to schedule, track, and prioritize work with critical deadlines and milestones (PM tool experience with MS Projects, Chase, Workbook, Trello, Asana, and Jira).Track project spend, burn rate, and resource capacity.Manage day-to-day issues while maintaining a bigger picture view of the portfolio program.Flag risks upfront and solve blockages.Liaise with producers and account management to ensure all deliverables are met and budgets are adhered to.Keep a team motivated and moving forward.Please note that only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.HelloKindred is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse environment.
