Role Overview In this role, the Digital Manager is responsible for the strategic ownership and execution of key aspects of the ANI Digital Strategy for South Africa, ensuring that all Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM strategies are well integrated within the Brand Plan.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities: Define the Consumer and HCP Digital Strategy for Ensure & Pediasure.Lead & manage the entire ANI Digital Ecosystem.Define and track the CRM Journey.Coordinate all Digital related topics and manage agency partners.Leverage data analytics to develop customer-centric solutions to boost online sales.E-Commerce Responsibilities: Define the eCommerce strategy to achieve financial targets.Partner with local sales & marketing teams to maximize sales.Manage budget and operational costs for eCommerce activities.Ensure compliance with relevant South African laws and Abbott policies.Define product volume forecasts to meet sales objectives.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Drive alignment of ANI and eCommerce strategies in the Nutrition Category.
Tracking of E-commerce Performance: Implement a system to track sales and shares through eCommerce.Provide analytic reports of online sales and consumer path to purchase.Training & Development: Support the skills' development of local commercial teams.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE: Education: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commercial qualification is an advantage.
