Somerset West, Western Cape, South AfricaTalentLink13.12.2024Full Job DescriptionActively contribute, support, and influence digital strategies and implement tactics on behalf of the brand to ensure all digital efforts are supportive of the mainstream promotional plans.Ensure successful implementation of client strategies and understand the client's business to guide them with all advertising initiatives.Take accurate briefs and communicate them efficiently and effectively to the relevant internal "output" departments, ensuring necessary actions are taken within the best possible time frame.Issue and obtain approval for cost estimates prior to any work being completed.Ensure that the creative output reflects the client's brief and our best interpretation of that brief, maintaining our highest caliber of work.Where possible, ensure that our efforts are measurable and develop tools to measure the impact on our client's businesses, presenting those measures to our clients.Manage projects effectively.Carefully manage the budget (never exceeding it without express permission) and obtain written approval before proceeding with any promotion.Ensure all work is invoiced when necessary and that all billings are kept up-to-date at all times.Follow company internal processes to ensure timely delivery and complete all relevant administrative actions (CERF's, SO's, PO's, IRF's, etc.
).Manage the production team from quality control to timely delivery and installation/take down.
