Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to manage our client portfolio and help clients improve their Rewards website presence suitable to their brief and development capabilities.
As a Digital Account Manager, you should have solid experience in marketing with a client service approach and a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
Ultimately, you should contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships as well as optimizing the company digital strategy.
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact to clients for digital management matters
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
Advise on building complete front and backend dashboards of microsites, gamification, Apps, PWA's and API system integration
Report on web performance metrics
Analyze digital campaign success
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager
Marketing Degree or equivalent
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media ad campaigns
Experience with customer service and account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
