If you need to pay the first month's rent or potential deposit, Xelvin is willing to pay it upfront, after which we'll set up a loan agreement for repayment.Xelvin is certified to handle VISA applications for you and your family and to secure your work permit.A relocation assistance allowance of €1000-3000 NET will be provided to assist with your relocation costs.You (and your family/partner) will be picked up at the airport or train station by your consultant/recruiter after your arrival and taken to your new house.Onboarding assistance includes advice on setting up a Dutch bank account, applying for health insurance, obtaining a Dutch BSN number, and other necessary arrangements.A New Hire Dinner will be organized for all newly recruited engineers to explain the Dutch tax system and payslip.Social gatherings with all Xelvin employees and recruited engineers, including a New Year's drink and a Summer BBQ.
