Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory techniques Experience in formulating and full chemistry ability across a range of products Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Must reside in East Rand Area Honors Degree in Chemistry Epoxy/flooring experience Benefits Salary: negotiable.
