Development Manager

Qualifications:A degree (preferred) or diploma/equivalent NQF Level 6/7 qualification.Relevant programming qualifications or certifications.Certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Certification in Project Management or a related field.Knowledge and Experience:A minimum of 10 years of development experience, with approximately 5 years in a managerial role.Proven track record in full SDLC team and cross-functional team management.Understanding of clean code principles, SOLID principles, service design, and design patterns.Solid grasp of Agile principles and values.Proficiency in .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5+, ASP.NET, Blazor, and Angular.Strong skills in SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server, and SQL stored procedures.Experience with ETL, SSIS, and DTS packages.Knowledge of Windows service applications, web services, MVC, and APIs.DevOps experience with monitoring and alerting stacks.Familiarity with source control systems, such as Azure DevOps.Experience in IT service and application management.Proficient in Azure, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools.Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and other data entry software.Apply now!
