The ideal candidate has a strong background:On managing external consultants (in our case specialized in C++)On programming industrial grade software productsOn development of and integration with Linux environmentsOn understanding hardware and software interfaces to enable new technologies to interface to the core platformPreferred ExperienceMinimal of 5 years of C++ (11 or higher) development experienceTeam managementStrong interest in renewable energiesAbility to work in a growing and dynamic environmentEngineering or university degree in Computer ScienceIT IS A + IF YOU HAVE:Experience with protocols used in the energy industry, such as Modbus, OPC-UA, DNP3, OCPP…Experience with the following libraries: gRPC, protobuf, boost, pybind11Experience with modern Python developmentExperience with embedded operating systems, such as Yocto, ELBE…Hands-on experience in a micro-grid software implementation would be very appreciatedLanguages: fluent in French and English.
