Are you someone who has experience in: Improve cybersecurity through tailored risk assessments and mitigation strategies5+ years experience in a similar roleMust be an Offensive Security Certified ProfessionalIncluding end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements and being able to present and sell concepts to clients.Produce program specifications and implement system enhancements by addressing specific business needs and resolving queries.Code, compile, test and implement applications in compliance with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Support development environments.Responsible for coding standards and peer reviews.Key Responsibilities: Penetration Testing Skills: Proficiency in conducting penetration testing on mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.Secure Coding Practices: Understanding of secure coding principles and ability to implement secure coding practices to mitigate common security vulnerabilities in mobile and web applications.Security Testing Tools: Proficiency in using security testing tools and frameworks such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, and Mobile Security Framework (MobSF) for assessing the security posture of mobile and web applications.Security Documentation and Reporting: Ability to prepare comprehensive security assessment reports detailing findings, recommendations, and remediation steps for stakeholders and management, including technical teams, project managers, and senior leadership.Continuous Learning and Improvement: Commitment to staying updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques relevant to mobile and online environments through training, certifications, and participation in security communities and forums.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions to mitigate risks and improve security posture.Threat Modeling: Ability to conduct threat modeling exercises to identify potential security threats and risks specific to mobile and online environments, and propose appropriate countermeasures and mitigations.Are you interested to take the step?
