Requirements:
MatricRelevant work experience as Despatch Clerk - minimum 3 years experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong administrative skillsDuties:
Managing and coordinating shipping and receiving procedures, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.Organizing and scheduling shipments and deliveries, using dispatching software or other logistical methodsCommunicating with drivers, customers, and vendors to resolve delivery issues or discrepanciesTracking and monitoring shipment progress, and updating systems and parties involved with any changes or delaysInspecting incoming and outgoing shipments to verify the quantity and quality of goods, ensuring alignment with order specificationsWorking closely with warehouse staff to manage inventory and facilitate the loading and uploading of goodsMaintaining records of all dispatches, invoices and shipments to ensure effective tracking and documentationProviding excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints and providing information regarding delivery times and shipping proceduresEnsuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all dispatch operationsIf you are a skilled Dispatch clerk, we would like to hear from you.
