Overview of the role: To perform onsite hardware, software, and peripheral updates and repairs in our organization. The successful candidate must be proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 Operating systems. Skillful in troubleshooting Microsoft applications e.g. Office 365, Intune. Hardware and software support on bank-related systems. Proficiency in Video and Audio conferencing systems including pre-meeting checks and regular health checks on Video Conferencing systems. Troubleshooting applications e.g. Adobe, PDF X, Hogan, CRM Dynamics, FNB Homeloans LMS, and Pyramid, Citrix. You will be responsible for: Driving business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions. Increasing operational efficiency and suggesting solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness. Delivering exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions. Cultivating and managing objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Responding effectively to IT Team Desktop user queries and problems. Ensuring on-site hardware, software, and peripheral updates and repairs. Managing IT service desk and incidents to provide efficient desktop support. Minimizing system downtime through proactive monitoring and planning. Maintaining relevant systems for data integrity and functionality. Providing efficient administration service through careful planning and reporting. Balancing conflicting priorities and developing new approaches. Supporting the implementation of desktop projects or change programs. Managing own development to increase competencies. Supporting peers and colleagues through knowledge sharing.
