The Design Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed design drawings and specifications, developing innovative design concepts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed design drawings and specifications for new products and components.Develop innovative design concepts that meet customer requirements and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure design solutions are practical and cost-effective.Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify design trends, materials, and technologies.Test and evaluate prototypes for performance, safety, and durability.Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during product development and production phases.Stay current on industry trends and advancements in design engineering.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering.Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and design principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in product development and project management is a plus.Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.Salary: negotiable.
