Design Engineer

ObjectiveTo work closely with the Group Engineering Manager based in SA and the wider group engineering team located in the UK on the trial & implementation of new technical solutions. Candidates will have the opportunity to travel to other OpCos in Africa for the installation and testing of these solutions. This is a great opportunity to learn in the field and the engineering office, working with a cross-functional team to deliver value across HT.The engineering function is responsible for the power system and site layouts. These designs and applications must be reliable, currently providing 99.99% power up-time to its customers and being efficient. Helios Tower has committed to reducing its carbon by 46% per tenancy, with the largest part of this coming from the running of diesel generators.
