Deputy Municipal Police Commissioner (Operations)

Responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the operational services of the  Durban Metropolitan Police Unit, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of policing services to all  regions within the eThekwini area including traffic policing, by-law enforcement and crime  prevention.
Develops and implements operational strategies, managing resources, and building  partnerships with stakeholders to enhance public safety and trust in the municipal police force.
