Working knowledge of the South African Employment Legislation OHS Act, BCEA, EEA, COIDA, as well as the DPSA Strategic Framework on Employee Health and Wellness (EHW) Must have Strong data analysis, negotiation and contract management skills. Report writing skills. Facilitation and presentation skills. Project Management Good written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, problem solving, conflict resolution. Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel extensively. Core Functions: Develop the Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality (SHERQ) related governance strategies and structures as well as monitoring and evaluation tools. Management of Occupational Health and Safety Programme in the workplace Manage and monitor the Health Risk Manager (HRM) activities as per contract/ service level agreement (SLA). Oversee the implementation of the recommendations emanating from the management of Incapacity-Leave Adjudication Committee (MIAC) processes Planning, communication, marketing, execution and participation in multi-disciplinary activities related to the Quality of Work Life Section. Establish and sustain partnerships with internal and external role-players. Manage data generated from the Occupational Health Management interventions implemented in Provinces and Head Office Divisions. Provide quarterly and annual feedback to relevant oversight bodies responsible for the Occupational Health Management.
