A well-established Dental Practice in Roodepoort, Gauteng is seeking a professional and friendly Dental Receptionist with strong administrative and communication skills to join their team.
The ideal candidate is a team player, passionate about dentistry, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:Patient Communication: Warmly welcome patients, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Administrative Support: Manage patient records, process documentation, and maintain an organised filing system.Billing and Payments: Process invoices, handle payments, and assist with medical aid claims where applicable.Coordination: Liaise with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and appointment management.System Proficiency: Utilise dental practice management software (experience with Elixir is advantageous; training will be provided).Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist and staff to create a supportive and effective work environment.Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 & Selected Saturdays (overtime will be paid for Saturdays worked).Salary: R16,000 – R20,000 per month (before deductions, based on experience).If you're a dynamic and dedicated individual looking to grow in the dental industry, we encourage you to apply!
