Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies that meet customer demands while minimizing costs.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales data, demand patterns, and consumer behaviorAssess supply market dynamics, supply capacity, and supply channelsDevelop and implement seasonal procurement plansManage master scheduling and inventory replenishmentUtilize Blue Yonder forecasting system for demand predictionsOptimize stock service levels, inventory return, and category profit profilesContinuously monitor and report on execution metricsMaintain internal and external stakeholder relationsLeverage stakeholder networks to identify new business opportunitiesApply digital technologies to enhance business processes, culture, and customer experiencesRequirementsBachelor's degree2 years of related experience (preferably as a Demand or Merchandise Planner)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Planning is an advantageWillingness to work long hours during peak timesBenefitsSalary: negotiable
