Responsibilities include:  Staff management  Lead, motivate and ensure a positive work environment  Shift planning  Customer interaction  Set the standard for customer service and resolve inquiries  Stock management  Conduct regular stock checks,  Place supplier orders and monitor waste  Cashier duties As and when, if needed 
Hours:  Deli operates from: 7:30 - 23:30  Shift 1: 07:30 - 15:30  Shift 2: 15:30 - 23:30  Weekends: 1 shift per weekend, rotating  Closed: 4 weeks over June/July; 6 weeks over December/Jan 
Requirements:  Demonstratable experience in a similar role managing either a cafe/deli/restaurant Strong housekeeping and hospitality skills Energetic Self Starter
