Debtors/Creditors & General Admin

Working Hours: Mon to Fri- 0800 to 16h00
Key Responsibilities: Manage debtors and creditors accounts using Xero Accounting softwarePerform general office administration tasksPrepare and maintain monthly payment schedulesConduct data capturing and ensure accurate record-keepingOrganize and manage filing systemsProcess invoices and ensure timely paymentsAssist with various administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Proficiency in Xero Accounting and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.
)Previous experience in debtors/creditors management and general administrationExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
