Dealmaker (Limpopo)

Our client in the public sector has an opportunity available for a Dealmaker to be based in the Polokwane area. JOB PURPOSE:To evaluate and present applications for funding and structure deals that contribute towards unit objectives and industry development goals. This would include performing the financial and/or technical and/or marketing due diligence functions and ensuring risk identification and mitigation. Requirements:Minimum qualification: relevant commercial or technical honours degree5-8 years related experience of which 2-3 years should be in assessment as well as closing of transactionsDeclared competent in one due diligence discipline (Marketing, Technical or Financial)Grounded in one of the above due diligence disciplinesExperience in interpretation of financial statementsReport writing skillsKPIs:Evaluate applications for finance (financial, technical or marketing disciplines) through due diligence investigationsDeal structuringParticipate in due diligence teamsDeal optimizationAccount management function up to first drawEnsuring accurate client data managementCustomer focus & stakeholder ManagementLiaise, communicate and promote the unit externally
