This would include performing the financial and/or technical and/or marketing due diligence functions and ensuring risk identification and mitigation. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum qualification: relevant commercial or technical honors degree KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE 5-8 years related experience of which 2-3 years should be in assessment as well as closing of transactions (i.e. management of approved deals up to first drawdown, including ensuring timely conclusion of legal agreements) Declared competent in one due diligence discipline (Marketing, Technical or Financial) Grounded in one of the above due diligence disciplines Experience in interpretation of financial statements Sector-specific knowledge would be advantageous Knowledge of financial products as used by the organisation.
