They are looking for a dynamic Service Advisor to join their thriving dealership.
Requirements: Experience : Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
Attitude : Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction : Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and provide clear, detailed information about their vehicle service needs.
Service Coordination : Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and ensure timely completion of work.
Technical Insight : Explain repair and maintenance work to customers, ensuring they understand the necessity and value of the services provided Record Keeping : Maintain accurate service records, including detailed descriptions of services performed and parts used.
