Dealership Creditors Clerk

Our client located in Pretoria, Gauteng seeking a meticulous and organized Dealership Creditors Clerk to manage their accounts payable processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and a strong background in accounting.Key Responsibilities:Processing and reconciling creditor invoices and statements.Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.Verifying and posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to creditor accounts.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date creditor records.Preparing monthly reports on accounts payable activities.Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Assisting with audits and other financial reviews as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting qualifications are a plus.Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk, preferably within a dealership or automotive industry.Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and procedures.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
