To manage a portfolio of property finance transactions from implementation through to termination including day to day management and to ensure that the defined transactional requirements reflected in the relevant approvals and legal agreements are implemented and adhered to.Job ResponsibilitiesDeal implementation and loan management for a portfolio of property finance transactions.Provide a professional service to stakeholders (internal & external) by ensuring that transactions are managed and accounted for in accordance with legal agreements, relevant legislation and that deal activities are executed by following agreed business process.Build trusting relationships with stakeholders (internal & external) through consistent and timely communication, adherence to requirements (systems and procedures) and evidencing an understanding of transactions, processes & systems.Ensure that transactions are accurately loaded and maintained on support systems and that deal-related activities are accurately executed.Adhere to internal processes when managing deals and executing transaction activities (e.g., cash flows, rate resets, document lodging, invoicing, collateral management).Manage the pre and post-registration process (e.g. cancellations, releases, and deal variation processes).Essential Qualifications - NQF LevelMatric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.Minimum Experience LevelAt least 2 years Property Finance Operations experience, preferably in the Middle Office and exposure to SAP will be advantageous.Technical / Professional KnowledgeConducting root cause analysis.Research methodology.Relevant software and systems knowledge.Sharing information in different ways to increase stakeholders' understanding.Principles of financial management.Governance, Risk and Controls.Checking accuracy of reports and records.Analysing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.Communication.Initiating Action.Work Standards.Building partnerships.Managing Work.Employment Equity StatementPREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUALS FROM UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS
