SHIFTS & TRADING HOURS: Tuesday - SundayCLOSED on Mondays08:00 - 22:00 (Open/Close Shifts) including lunch/dinner breakHospitality environment - trading all public holidays including Christmas, New Years & Easter, etc.Flexibility is keyREMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: R27,000 per month (Gross)Revenue & T/O incentivesESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have own, reliable transport - not negotiableAbility to work shifts as required seasonally including major holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.
)Beautifully groomed, well presented and professional appearanceSpa management experience in 4+ Star rated Hotel / Ship or ResortQUALIFICATIONS: Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa ManagementCity & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSPEXPERIENCE: At least 5 years experience in Spa environmentMinimum 3 years managerial experience of Spa, Hotel Spa or Cruise Ship SpaCruise ship employment experience highly beneficial (but not essential)Experience leading a large, diverse team of Spa professionalsDESIRED SKILLS: Fluent and confident in English language (Read, Write & Speak)Computer literate using various software systems to aid scheduling, budgeting and operationsAbility to liaise with various department heads on a business levelStrong business acumen Confident in relationship cultivating with your spa team and colleagues of all levels and seniorityDriven - lead the team for success in revenue and KPIUnderstand the conditions of employment and various acts applicable in SA Strong interpersonal skills - nurturing and professional aptitude Ability to work under pressure and reach deadlinesAbility to engage and liaise with tact and discretion - we service many discerning guests
