Are you someone who can: Manage the data quality and integrity of the organization's datasets.Develop and execute strategies for data accuracy and consistency.Monitor and evaluate data quality metrics and make adjustments when necessary.Work with stakeholders to ensure data is collected, organized, analyzed, and reported in a manner that meets organizational goals and objectives.Develop and document data management policies and procedures.Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.Implement strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources and systems.Create and maintain data standards, tools, and processes that enable our organization to effectively use data for decision-making.Identify opportunities for improvement, strategize plans, and effectively execute them.Demonstrate self-management and organizational skills to efficiently handle work responsibilities.Develop comprehensive reports capable of measuring pertinent metrics within our domain.Possess a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a data warehousing environment.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldPreferred Qualification – Relevant Honours Degree. 5+ years of experience in data management, data analysis or data governance preferred.Proficient in SQL and Python.Able to develop reports in Power BI.Knowledge of data mining, data warehousing, and data integration.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Highly detail-oriented.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging work environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested to take the step?
