WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Data Services Associate, you will be working with different tools and databases to review data. You are responsible for executing processes as defined by the client and/or management. The role requires keen attention to detail while maintaining productivity at defined proficiency levels and an aptitude to learn new processes. The position is responsible for the general operations of our department and ensures general logistical needs are met.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Observing, reviewing, and managing business logistics to ensure the company is running smoothly
Working with the Operations Manager in overseeing instructor scheduling and compliance to ensure readiness for assignments.
Processing data entry and QA tasks
Management of personnel data and related administrative tasks
Various projects and clerical tasks
Execute processes assigned by the client and/or management.
Reports process deficiencies to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Creating and finishing projects assigned by the client.
Collaborate with internal and external teams in completing projects.

YOU HAVE…
Bachelor's / College Degree in any field you're passionate about!
Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to data integrity.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
