Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our team. This full-time position will focus on managing our office software platform, placing orders for purchasing, inputting customer orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce fulfillment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the office software platform to ensure smooth operation and data accuracy.
Place orders for purchasing and ensure timely and accurate processing of these orders.
Input customer orders into the system with precision and efficiency.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.
Generate reports on inventory, sales, and order status as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data management and order processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and inventory changes.
Assist in optimizing the e-commerce fulfillment process and improving overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data management, order processing, or inventory management.
Familiarity with office software platforms and e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with inventory management software.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
