Job Description Our client in the technology industry is seeking a skilled Data Optimization Specialist with advanced Excel skills and experience in data management to help optimise and streamline their existing data tracking processes.
The role involves refining the client's current systems for managing program participant directories, tracking social media performance metrics, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Optimise and streamline an existing Excel-based data tracking system used for program directories and performance metrics.
Enhance current data management workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
Automate data calculations and generate performance scores based on social media engagement metrics.
Propose improvements or alternative solutions to the current system, such as using databases or other tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide data management solutions.
Qualifications 5+ years in a data management, data analysis, or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and automation tools.
Strong experience in data management, reporting, and process optimization.
Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and team members.
Proven experience in optimizing Excel workbooks and databases.
Ability to assess existing systems and suggest practical, scalable improvements.
