We are looking for a motivated, bright and professional individual to join our team!As a Data Entry Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client by providing assistance with various financial projects. Our client specializes in managing multifamily residential housing properties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This is a remote position.
What you are going to do:
·Handling the invoices process (receiving, verifying and processing invoices).

·Encoding in Appfolio: inputting information, possibly related to property management tasks, into the Appfolio system.

·Reviewing the encoded information in Appfolio to ensure accuracy and completeness, and then approving it for further processing.
Required Skills

Bookkeeping: 1 year or less
English: 2 to 3 years
Data Entry Services: 1 year or less
