Introduction We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented data capturers to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management processes. Duties & Responsibilities - Verify and cross-check data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy - Ensure that all data is processed and stored according to company guidelines and data privacy policies. - Perform regular data quality checks and address any discrepancies or issues promptly - Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both digital and physical records - Assist with generating reports and summarizing data as required - Stay updated on any changes to data input protocols or systems Desired Experience & Qualification - Must have Grade 12 - Tertiary Qualification will be an added advantage - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with an emphasis on Excel for data management - Experience with data entry or similar roles is preferred - Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure data integrity - Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders - Ability to work independently and handle large volumes of data efficiently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
