Minimum requirements: 1-3 years of experience in video and digital photography, preferably in luxury brand, Luxury publication, Lifestyle, Wine business settingDemonstrated proficiency in Adobe programs including Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, and After EffectsAbility to expertly operate mid- to high-level cameras, video cameras, microphones, and lightingDemonstrated proficiency and passion for modern photography and videography stylesEnthusiasm for a variety of image styles and a commitment to quality work across different departmentsMust be dependable, respectful, self-motivated, adaptable, efficient and personableMust be able to fit into the Delaire Graff Estate cultureMust be able to work well with a wide range of people, including immediate team, HOD and staffMust be comfortable working both independently and with the marketing teamMust be able to juggle multiple projects, respond to immediate requests, and work in a high-energy, deadline-driven atmosphereMust employ a deep respect and appreciation for our various audiences and their interests and habitsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule.
