Job Purpose The D365 CE Administrator will oversee the administration and use of D365 systems. This role maintains and supports Subject Matter Expert level of applications within the Safe Framework and the implementation of a modern D365 platform. Manage business IT demand related to D365 initiatives. This role will further be responsible for leading administration, data architecture, database administration, data integration and data services platforms. The D365 CE Administrator will ensure that the data integration platforms and architecture are maintained, and services delivered meet the business demand and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. KEY OUTPUT Application Support Support and assist users with the isolation and resolution of software issues. Lead root-cause analysis, communicate options for resolution and provide recommendations to customer-facing technology problems. Customise and configure within Dynamics CE/CRM (creating Dashboards, Workflows & Processes and using them in current and new solutions) Create new D365 user accounts, amend roles, securities, creating environments. Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. Provide ongoing support to business-wide user groups, acting as the point of contact for CE/CRM-related issues. Understand companys policies, products, data and information to ensure Dynamics 365 CE/CRM is optimally configured. Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues utilizing a variety of tools and reports. The 365 CE/CRM Administrator will be responsible for all training including on boarding new team members as well as continual training for existing users. Additionally, the CE/CRM Administrator will be responsible for developing end user documentation including application training. Stay informed regarding new Dynamics 365 features, technologies and best practices. Complete bulk imports and exports of data Batch reassignment of accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other internal business systems. Help assist with data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders. Work closely with our gold partner to manage any ongoing projects. Solution Development (SDLC) Create and manage custom entities, fields and formulas. Collaborate with internal teams to identify best practice and opportunities to streamline procedures. Execute these ideas from start to finish. Assist in formulating a policy for managing SAICAs code repository to ensure that source code is safe and secure. Standardize SAICAs reporting platforms (standards, procedures, technologies). Work closely with other information technologists to produce high-quality, IT-enabled applications, products and services. Participate in and provide input into the design, re-design and development of technology products and applications/systems. Research, Standards and Best Practices Research and investigate new technologies in support of IT deliverables (Attend product briefings and workshops, Internet research). Drive the development of standards Align external vendors compliance to SAICA standards and development standard. Research and share best practice and be consultative to the delivery team throughout the duration of the projects. Identify risks and provide solutions that may reduce risk. Knowledge Sharing Participate in hand-over sessions from external and internal developers. Provide a system development documentation for recording and storing technical hand-over documentation in support of development team (SharePoint Application Repository and Video Recordings). Qualification B.Sc. (Computer Science) or relevant degree/diploma IT (Essential) Experience Minimum of 3 years'D365 Administration and Support Experience Minimum of 2 years' strong knowledge of Software Engineering methodologies, tools and processes Minimum of 3 years Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process 2 years' proven working experience in MS Dynamics 365 2 years' proven working experience in PowerApp. 2 years' Power Automate (Flows) 2 years''Power pages Experience with the latest versions of Dynamics CRM
