Our SecOps Division is growing, and we are looking for a Cybersecurity Sales Support Specialist to assist in driving our cybersecurity sales efforts to the next level. This individual will work closely with both the sales team and the SecOps team, supporting the sales process and ensuring our services stay relevant and competitive.

What will you be doing? Support Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to help identify and qualify cybersecurity opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Sales Enablement: Maintain and update SecOps sales materials, including quoting templates and solutions pricing, ensuring the team has the most up-to-date resources. Customer Engagement: Assist the sales team in presenting cybersecurity solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, ranging from IT professionals to CxO level executives. Collaborate with Service Owners: Provide continuous feedback to service owners based on customer interactions and industry developments, ensuring our SecOps services remain competitive and relevant. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback, market trends, and pain points back to service owners to assist in evolving our service offerings. To be successful in this role, you should: Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Be proactive and adaptable to changing environments, demonstrating urgency and accuracy in your work. Be an effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Be able to manage and synthesize large amounts of technical information while maintaining attention to detail. Be prepared to travel occasionally, including ad-hoc international trips as needed. Have your own transportation. Who should apply? Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role, ideally within the cybersecurity or cloud solutions space. Sales & Business Acumen: A proven track record in sales support, solution selling, and customer engagement. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of SecOps and related services, including threat protection, monitoring, and incident response. Technology Background: Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, cloud adoption, and security solutions is advantageous.
