EyeCarePro is seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. This crucial role will safeguard our systems and data while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures.Lead risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security threats.Design and implement risk management processes (risk intake, reviews, registers).Oversee the development and execution of security strategies to protect digital assets.Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance security operations.Collaborate with departments to integrate security measures across the business.Contribute to security awareness training for employees.Participate in tabletop exercises and simulations to improve incident response.Stay updated on security technologies and threats, recommending proactive improvements.
Required Skills:
7+ years of cybersecurity experience, focusing on risk management, compliance, and audits.Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).Experience completing audits (SOC, EHNAC).Proficiency with security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
