Customer Value Proposition Manager page is loaded Customer Value Proposition Manager Apply locations Johannesburg time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R10655 Job DescriptionTo formulate tactical strategy and associated delivery plans through managing the end to end Client Value Propositions engagement, while ensuring operational implementation of Strategic campaigns.Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposesSet tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goalsEstablish and embed a data-driven culture throughout area of responsibilityManage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellenceDraw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variancesDesign and implement new or cutting-edge systems, solutions and processes and initiate innovations and changes aligned to business strategyEstablish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders, that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutionsDevelop tactical plans to drive balance growthAdditional Requirements It will be advantageous to have related experience in CVM and Data analytics
Qualifications and Experience Minimum Qualification: bachelor's degree: Preferably in Finance
Economics, Maths and Statistics.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in Customer value proposition, CVM or Data Analytics
