Who are we: A biotech company combining medicine, science and technology to create innovative products and services. We are we looking for: A Marketing Coordinator with a strong digital background and an understanding of Bioscience. What will you do:  Assist in establishing a digital marketing strategy, including social media, aligned with the overall marketing strategy for each product/service Work closely with the Head of Marketing to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads Ensure all content created is accurate and error-free by proofreading promotional materials, social media, digital and all other marketing elements Maintenance of the websites Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Google Analytics and Google AdWords (Paid Search and Display Network Campaigns) Google My Business (Localisation) Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) Track and report on all digital marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to determine the success of digital marketing activities, make recommendations to optimise the company's digital marketing efforts and return on investment Continually optimise the company website, social media pages and search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate quality leads and drive conversions Oversee digital marketing budget and ensure objectives are reached within budget parameters Identify new trends and technologies in digital marketing and recommend adoption of those most beneficial to the company Ensure that the company and its products/services remains at the forefront of digital advertising by conducting research, including competitor and industry analysis and report on insights and learnings Develop relevant social media content, both paid and organic, aligned to the overall company's marketing strategy and campaign brief Organise events including booking, management of the event and logistics Distributing relevant marketing materials and promotional items to consultants and doctors countrywide What will you need:  Relevant Bachelor's Degree/Diploma: B Com in Marketing/ Communications, Business Science with Honours in Marketing or similar degree Experience: 3- 4 years marketing/ industry experience in a similar role (experience in the Healthcare industry would be advantageous) Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledgeable on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube) as well as Facebook Ad Manager Experience with Hootsuite Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to be proactive and take initiative An ability to prioritise is key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
