Customer Success Manager

Requirements: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) and a Diploma or Degree in IT Management or Business A Driver's License 5 years of industry-relevant experience Proven track record of successful Sales and Account Management Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity applications Experience working with customers and external audiences. Responsibilities: Be the go-to person regarding matters which are beyond the realm of the services teams, owning, channeling, and guiding accordingly to achieve resolution Follow up on all open quotes, pending orders ETAs, and solutions. Update customers and sales tickets accordingly Reviewed every customer sales request to the organisation to ensure fit for purpose before presenting any quotes to the customer Perform customer account administration to maintain accurate customer records on the organization's systems including the customer master account schedule Managed customer contract paperwork to ensure that customers always have current and signed contracts on file Attend customer and internal meetings as scheduled
