Location: Umhlanga , Durban

Responsibilities: Promote excellent customer service.Handle incoming phone calls and walk-in customers.Respond to email inquiries.Write up and quote basic print jobs.Follow up on quotes, call inactive customers, acquisition, follow up, and check in with current clients.Prospect for new customers with targeted telemarketing.Manage email marketing and assist with social media marketing. What We're Looking For: Excellent people skills.Strong time management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and staff.Highly organized and structured.Detail-oriented.A fast learner.Proficient in math and units of measurement, as it relates to prepress layout and finishing.Comfortable with computers and related technology.Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven work environment.Basic knowledge of design software is helpful but not required. Compensation is based on experience.
