Monitor calls for accuracy
Data Capture
Update CRM
Must have good EXCEL
Call customers to confirm details of products that they have ordered.
Arrange deliveries daily by area
Resolve any customer problems
Escalate any queries that you cannot manage to Team Leader


Must be able to handle high call volumes, whilst remaining patient, professional and understanding
Weekend work required once-a-month, on rotation
