If you fit the bill – or if you know of someone who does – we need to talk.ResponsibilitiesAttending to incoming phone calls and walk-in customers.Responding to email enquiries.Writing up and quoting basic jobs.Following up on quotes, calling inactive customers, acquisition follow-ups, and current customer check-ins.Designing and posting marketing adverts using Email platform as well as other social media platforms.Promoting customer service and driving five-star Google ratings.RequirementsA high level of strength and comfort with computers and related technology.Good knowledge of the print process, including print finishing.Proficient in maths and units of measurement as applicable to prepress layout and finishing.Good knowledge of estimating.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.Highly organized and structured.Detail-oriented.Fast learner.Must thrive in a deadline-driven work environment.Basic knowledge of design software CorelDraw and Adobe Creative Suite will be helpful.This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will report directly to the owner(s). Training with respect to our in-house software and systems will be provided.Working hours are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.
