Site Agent

Well established construction company is seeking a Site Agent for  6 month contract (with possibility to go permanent) in the eThekwini municipality (Durban).
Requirements:  National Diploma, BTech or BSc in Civil Engineering Must have experience in civil construction (water retaining structures – Reservoirs and/ or bridges/culverts etc) and steel pipelines.
Must be motivated and willing to travel (if needed).
Must be able to corresponded well via email (good knowledge of computers) as well as one on one.
(and in dealing with local communities).
Needs to be skilled in drawing up Construction Programmes (Microsoft Projects), method statements etc Well versed in civil contractual matters (GCC, Colto, identifying potential claims, MS projects etc).
Must have a driver's license (experienced in driving).
