Our client is committed to excellence and are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.Job Summary:As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our client's customers.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our automotive products and services.
Your goal is to deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships with our customers.Key Responsibilities:•Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding automotive products, services, and general information.•Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management as needed.•Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our automotive products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.•Order Processing: Assist with the processing of orders, including checking product availability, confirming details, and tracking shipments.•Customer Records: Update and maintain customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.•Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our products and services.•Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, service, and parts, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.•Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all customer interactions.Qualifications:•Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, is a must.• If you are from the trucking industry it will be a Plus •Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.•Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.•Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with automotive terminology and products is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.•Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.•Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers.•Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
